The magnetic field must be used mainly in branch of treatment of illness, and after - during an aftertreatment, if such will be necessary. The treatment by a magnetic field lies in that during the whole process of treatment the used magnetic field has desirable intensity, orientation and type; besides, the corresponding procedure is necessary and these all together give a treatment of illness without applying other medical methods. 2. Kinds of a Magnetic Field There are following kinds of a magnetic field according to the data of special literature:
- constant electromagnetic field;
- changeable electromagnetic field;
- changeable electromagnetic field that arises during magnet rotation;
- constant magnetic field.
Characterising different magnetic fields we must give their parameters and also their positiveand negative influence on the man's organism.
Constant electromagnetic field It forms with the help of a cinstant current by means of corresponding electromagnetic inductor (solenoid of industrial production, it means difficult construction and tecnology of preparation). Besides of a magnetic field, inductor also creates electric field. These fields depend on the force of a current that is not absolutely constant and has small pulsations of a different frequency. These pulsations of a current lead to that a mgnetic and electric fields also have pulsations of different frequency parameters of which correspond to the parameters of pulsationsof the man's biocurrents and it leads to their excitement and negative influence on tne man's organism. Electromagnetic field is difficult from the point of reproduction because of technological difficulties during the inductor preparation. Besides electric field is very harmful for organism. Magnetic power growing is connected with the growing of electric field power and it reflects negatively on the cells. For example, double growing of a magnetic field power means triple growing of an electric field power. At the result during the use of constant electromagnetic field in the process of treatment we achieve greater influence of electric field than of magnetic one. So we treat by electric but not by a magnetic field. It is already not a "magnetotherapy" but the treatment by a constant electric field.
Changeable electromagnetic filed It forms by the help of electromagnetic inductor on which alternating current of different frequency is given. According to it the field that is radiating by inductor include such parts: 1. changeable electric field of different frequency or pulsations of different frequency; 2. constant electric field; 3. constant magnetic field; 4. changeable magnetic field of different frequency or pulsations of different frequency. It depends to underline that these fields have their own vectors. That's why it is very difficult to orientate these fields in corresponding desirable direction. The influence of an electric field is greater than of a magnetic field during the usage of changeable electromagnetic field. An amplitude of changeable field parameters is much greater than that is in the biocurrents of a man and it is harmful for the health. The frequency of the electromagnetic field also has an additional negative influence. It's proved the frequency 50 Hz that is frequently used in the treatment causes quicken multiplication of cancer cells. That's why there are cautions in the literature do not use magnetotherapy in the case of cancer diseases. It's necessary to underline that the warning actually concerns to the treatment by changeable electromagnetic field with the frequency of 50 Hz but not by a magnetic field where oscillations of the field are absent that was said above. Changeable electromagnetic field causes disturbance of a man's biocurrents and it has negative effect.

At the result usage of notion "magnetotherapy" is not right. Such changeable electromagnetic field gives the result similar to the action of changeable electromagnetic field that is generated by electric current.
